How bad boss could be a good boss?

How bad boss could be a good boss?

The World is becoming noisier and you have to make yourself stronger for your work. Boss is a leader of a company and he is always right whether he is a good or bad. And a boss always thinks about how to make a business or company successful. Every owner wants his company to be a big brand and to be known to everyone using their products.

However, being a manager is more complex than it looks. But one thing you must remember that a good boss can motivate you and give you a lot of energy.

Every employee wants to do a comfortable and a profitable job which can fulfill all their demands. But this depends on the company because the company is a second home for employees where they spend 8 or 9 hours per day.

But the big question is that how do your boss treat you? They understand, motivate, or encourage you or not? If you want your business to be ameliorating and want to get more benefits then you must understand, trust, and motivate your employees. If you don’t encourage or understand your employees then you can't be a good boss. As you know every employee does back bitching most probably talk of company facilities which they do not get as an employee.

Unfortunately, sometimes boss is too bellicose to you because of revenue that he wants but never gets and that time the use of invective words makes a good boss convert into a bad boss. Why don’t they understand that being a little patience and encouraging their employees can change all these things and can generate positive vibes among the employees? Hence, the boss should always be a professional and talk to their colleagues professionally.

On the other hand, if you want to make more profits and make your business more successful then you must know your employees. This is the first priority that is needed and you must treat them with a good behavior to encourage their work. Sometimes boss blames their team member who does nothing wrong and never takes zero responsibility and this makes the situation more critical. So, this is the negative behaviour which shows the selfishness and arrogance and this situation sucks and does no good to an employee.

Most probably, an employee and a boss should always be connected with each other along with their comfortability. If the good boss doesn’t know about the work like website development or SEO or content writing, then he discusses with their colleagues and discusses about making it better and asks for suggestions. So, don't try to frustrate colleagues and never ask the same thing again and again. Make more solidarity with your employees, this is the thing that differentiates a bad boss from a good boss.

As you hear that a bad boss is always abusive and misbehaves with their juniors but Why to be irritated and frustrated all the time when your employees work genuinely?

Axiom is that you must support your employees and juniors. Every employee is a breadwinner for their family and themselves so the boss should understand their workers too.

A bad boss is the primary reason for quitting of 50% of employees from their job. There are many factors which make a boss bad but inability to understand their employees is one of the major reasons which are found generally common. The micromanagement is also one of the common complaints that many employees face.

According to the survey 48% of bosses like to be seen as experts or authority personality. President Truman famous adage “the buck stops here.” every boss should internalize that message.

Usually, the inspirational boss always makes their employees credible which makes the business or company more successful. Good and smart boss who is a good speaker and has understandable personality also liked and respected more by their employees and juniors.

An unforgettable journey to Lucknow

An unforgettable journey to Lucknow

We, 3 girls, started our journey from Delhi to Lucknow to attend friend’s marriage. But let me first tell you about the route from Delhi to Lucknow which is well connected from all the metros and other major Indian cities by air, road, and rail. But the train network is better and virtually all trains from Delhi to East of India have a stoppage in Lucknow.

Additionally, Lucknow is also well connected by buses. However, the roads aren't great in UP so I would recommend you to take the train which is better and comfortable for short distance (a night’s journey).

So, we decided to start our journey after office. As usual, Our seat was not confirmed and we had only 2 seats, another 1 seat was in RAC but sharing a seat with some other person was very complex and confused for us. And therefore, we named that person ‘critical situation’.

Now it was the sleeping time so we slept and waked up in the morning at sharp 6 o'clock. It was a cold windy morning in January with an amazing rain. Our train stopped in Alamnagar before the main station of charbagh and the train was 2 hours late so we decided to alight at Alamnagar station.

We took the e-rickshaw instantly to enjoy the rainy weather. We even got drenched but we enjoyed each and every moment. We visited the main city Lucknow “nawabo ka sehar”.

That moment was so enjoyable and amazing. Truly we felt like “smile, you are in Lucknow” (muskuraiye, aap lucknow mai hai) as you know it is the slogan of Lucknow to welcome everyone in their state.

True to its word, Lucknow is a gourmet’s paradise.  It’s the cleanest and the prettiest city I’ve ever seen in India. I couldn’t believe that there was hardly any litter on the streets of Lucknow and it is surprising in India.

Another thing that strikes my mind about Lucknow is that, like most other places in India, it doesn’t have a stray dog problem.

We finally visited Shikha’s home, where we saw a beautiful bunches of flowers and met an amazing family where we never feel like guests.

Actually, her family treated us as their own family members. The best thing I had was with the two little kids of the neighbor who became very familiar with me I played the whole day with them.

After that, we went to the park in the evening where we, all three friends enjoyed together.

After that, we had to attend the marriage ceremony of our friend so we got ready for the marriage party. We attended the marriage ceremony and after that, we explored the whole Lucknow whole night.

Firstly we visited front river which is a very beautiful place but we could be able to see everything clearly because it was night but the good thing was that we clicked a lot of pictures on the roads and it was like ‘swag in the air’.

In addition to that, we went to see Lucknow’s sights, like the magnificent Bara Imambara. We also went for Awadhi cuisine, which didn’t disappoint us and we got a panoramic view.

Since it was still night so we couldn't go inside but we saw it from outside and enjoyed that historical monument. So, now I can definitely recommend everybody to visit Lucknow-the capital of Uttar Pradesh once.
